Across the globe, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs are making strong contributions to national economies. As a result, government and business are investing heavily in enterprise and innovation.
This Master’s degree aims to develop the entrepreneurial and enterprising skills required to increase your confidence and know-how in generating, implementing and managing new ideas in uncertain and changing contexts. Key to this is the ‘entrepreneurial mind-set’: our aim is to forge an inquisitive and creative mind, where you should learn entrepreneurship through the lenses of disruption, growth and scaling, and sustainability. This focus aims to go beyond traditional ideas of entrepreneurship to include social entrepreneurship, global enterprise and transnational entrepreneurship, gender-based rethinking of the entrepreneurial paradigm, and more.
Extended Professional Practice
This course offers the option of undertaking Extended Professional Practice. Our Extended MSc courses are delivered over 18 months instead of the usual 12 months, giving you the opportunity to undertake a longer internship* or project as part of your course.

*internships may be subject to availability, competitive application, meeting visa requirements and additional costs.

This course offers a holistic, interdisciplinary approach. An entrepreneur (or intrepreneur) should be able to access a wide range of knowledge and skills at any given time if they want to be successful. In other words, all knowledge must be in their hands at all times. Disciplines such as finance, marketing, Innovation, Leadership (and more) are integrated to create a successful entrepreneurial learning journey. You might also need to be able to persuade lenders (such as banks) and even venture capitalists, which is why there is a strong focus on encouraging you to hone your ability to develop persuasive business plans and pitches.
Where better to study enterprise innovation than in London, one of the most important, fast-paced and exciting business centres in the world? Our campus is very close to both of London’s financial districts (the City of London and Canary Wharf) as well as the high-tech start-up centres of TechCity and Silicon Roundabout. This means we’re close to the banks and investors who could provide start-up and growth capital but also to London’s unique fintech ecosystem.
