You will be taught by Modern Languages research and teaching experts who specialize in film, gender studies, medieval and early modern literature, theatre studies and translation.

YOUR FRENCH AND POLITICS EXPERIENCE
We offer varied and flexible course content, so you can shape your Politics and French degree to your own interests.
Topics include British and European politics, public policy, political theory and philosophy, electoral issues, democracy and International peace and conflict, as well as French language, culture, fiction and vocational themes in translation and language teaching.
Teaching is informed by our world-leading research and you can attend seminars organised through our guest speaker programme.
You will spend your third year in France, where you can study at a University, teach in a school or work in a business – further enhancing your student experience and career prospects.
