PLACEMENTS
Human resource management at Solent is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Those who are seeking CIPD membership will undertake a six week long work placement. Course tutors and the student employability service can help students to find these placements. During this placement, you’ll work on live projects for companies and produce a research project for your CIPD accreditation.
