Overview
Commercial transactions are the core of all business activity. Recent global events, including the failure of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, Brexit, and growing trade tensions between the United States, Europe, and China highlight the importance of a rules-based international order for trade and commerce.
This course aims to expose you to the numerous contemporary issues that exist in international commercial law, and provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of these issues; as well as the opportunity to enhance your critical awareness of international commercial law.
Benefitting from over 50 years’ experience of teaching Law and giving you the opportunity to participate in the Coventry University Global Leaders programme (subject to application and fees), as well as our CMI accredited module, our International Commercial Law LLM offers plenty of ways to develop your skills and stand out in the global graduate market. You can also undertake professional experience of up to a year during your course, which could help to further skills needed in your future career.
