The healthcare industry plays a crucial role in supporting the economy by maintaining the physical and mental health of the wider workforce. And it’s growing: it’s anticipated that around two million people will need to be trained and recruited before 2022.
Today’s health and social care organisations are exciting, complex and varied, therefore, successful practitioners require innovation and resilience. Our course will offer you opportunities to use real-life case studies which draw on skills such as prioritisation, negotiation and care planning.
Employers from the health and social care sector have been directly involved in the design and development of this course.
