Overview
You’ve studied business before, and you’re looking for an honours degree which you know will boost your career. Our one-year International Business Top-up is just the course you need. Based in Cambridge, you’ll cover business strategy, economics, sustainability, technology, finance and more. Benefit from our business links as you hear from guest speakers, network with professionals, and enhance your knowledge in one of the UK’s most connected cities.
Studying international business will prepare you for a career that can cross any sector or industry with a global focus. From day one, we’ll give you the opportunity to become a well-rounded manager. We’ll offer you a range of modules to extend your knowledge in fields like strategy, economics, sustainability and intercultural management. We also place great emphasis on technology, politics, finance, social/demographic change and ethics. To be successful, employers need individuals with the skills, knowledge and insight to understand these complex issues.
Building on the skills you’ve developed during previous study, our top-up course will increase your understanding of the issues facing international businesses. You’ll be part of our Faculty of Business and Law – well-recognised by employers and professional bodies as a centre for innovative business education and training – and taught by inspiring specialists who are keen to share their wealth of experience, and make sure you gain the skills you need for a successful career. And you’ll benefit from regular guest speakers from industry, who’ll enhance your knowledge of the job market and the opportunities that are open to you.
Our students and academics come from all over the world, so you’ll learn to operate in a multicultural environment – highly valuable preparation for today’s global marketplace.
