Why choose this course?
This course will cover consumer behaviours, employee engagement and the impact of globalisation on organisational behaviours. Different from most Psychology courses, it focuses on the application of psychological principles, making it suitable for both professionals and those without a background in psychology. You will get an opportunity to develop skills in managing human behaviour and learn how to promote well-being in a business and organisational context.
The course aims to develop skills, experience and confidence in applying a range of psychological principles – from perception, learning and social dynamics, to research methods and business. This course looks at how psychological theories are used in the workplace and how they influence best practice. Within every module, the tutors draw evidence from their real-world consultancy experience, applying psychology to inform a practical understanding.
