Our extended degree in events management is based in London, near to The O2, ExCeL London and other world-class venues. Course modules are designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to create and manage successful events. Topics include entrepreneurship and innovation, events marketing, sponsorship and partnership, and event production. You will also get the opportunity to volunteer or get work experience on live events.
A foundation year at the start of your studies will give you the skills required to flourish at degree level. Study in subsequent years will follow the curriculum of our three-year course.
Potential areas for events management careers include corporate events, festivals, cultural and music events, weddings and conferences, as well as hospitality, tourism, marketing and PR.
