Through our extended degree in human resource management, you will learn how to develop people and their skills – important for any business. You’ll study modules in people management, employee relations, reward and motivation, as well as cross-cultural and diversity management and employment law.
A foundation year at the start of your studies will give you the skills required to flourish at degree level. Study in subsequent years will follow the curriculum of our three-year course.
You can apply to join the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as a student member, which will give you access to online resources. Careers open to graduates from this course include training and development, personnel or human resource management, and employee relations.
